Some visitors mention the occasional peak hour rush, especially on Tuesday evenings, which can lead to longer wait times for food and drinks. A few guests express disappointment when a favorite dish is not available on the menu, which can happen occasionally due to high demand. The noise level can rise during busy nights, making it challenging to engage in quieter conversations. Limited availability of certain niche dietary options has also been pointed out, though the pub does try to accommodate various preferences.
I visited last night as part of a large group celebrating a 40th birthday. I opened a tab when I ordered my first soft drink, which I find makes things much easier. When I ordered my meal, I also got my first pint. I must commend the cellar staff; they serve a good pint, and you can tell they take care of the lines and glasses. The widgets in every pint I had worked perfectly, ensuring the lager didn't go flat. The food was enjoyable as well. I didn't manage to finish it all, but that was my fault for ordering too much. I had decided on what I wanted before we arrived, but since it was no longer on the menu, I chose something else and was not disappointed after my first bite. Even though I was part of a large party and we all ordered separately, our meals were served at the same time. This isn't the first time I've been here, and it certainly won't be the last. We always have a good time when we visit.
A very lovely welcoming pub with a beautiful Indian restaurant next door. Both have really lovely atmospheres, the food was excellent and the staff very very lovely. I would most definitely recommend 👍
Ate here at Bellinis for the very 1st time after moving into the Billinge area. What a fabulous find. Beautiful old barn conversion, felt very safe & spacious. I choose the mixed fish grill which was divine, my husband just had a pizza & said it was one of the nicest pizzas he’d ever had. Very reasonably priced. The red house wine was lovely as well. Listened to a pianist whilst we were having our meal. It was definitely a good find. Will definitely be going again.
What a perfect Pub !! Fab beer garden gorgeous food - working way through menu all is delicious!!
Nice place and atmosphere. It was my first time in there, and I felt totally relaxed. Well as much as you can be, when chasing kids around. It's a nice place for kids, but even better if the weather's nice enough to go in the beer garden.
Brilliant food, fast service and meals nice and hot, would recommend
